1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable if the order is canceled within 14 days before the event date.

1a. Orders under $100 require full payment upfront. Orders over $100 require 50% due upfront with the balance due at the time of collection.

2. We must receive the balance at the time of pick-up/delivery.  If the balance is not received, the cake will not be transferred to you and the contract is null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Seven (7) days before the event date is the final date for any changes in the size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Delivery and setup depend on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price.

5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after collection or delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and an optimal room temperature of 65 degrees or below.

6. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

8. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

9. Our kitchen contains milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying us of any allergens.  While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen still contains these items. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless from allergic reactions.

10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

11. COLORING: All food dyes are made from plant powders with minimal to no other additives.  While we try to minimize the visible specks from the powder, they may appear in the icing.  We will get as close as we can to the requested colors, however, color matching cannot be guaranteed.  Requested colors can also vary based on the screen settings it's being viewed on.
